Swiss charge, ticket but no PNR
I bought a ticket from Zurich to London for Aug 11 or I thought I did. My credit card has been charged and what looks like a ticket number is with it. I never got an email confirmation and I don't have a PNR. Is this normal or what do I do ? (I'm already dealing with a separate issue with Swiss on a delay where they offered money but now say they can't wire it to my account).
