As expected, I was able to theoretically check through bags on a SAW-LHR-BOS-USA trip yesterday (first two legs on BA), but could not “recheck” the bags at BOS for our final domestic leg. Expected bc we had an overnight layover at BOS. But impossible to even try bc there was not a single agent at the recheck counter last night when we arrived at 11:30PM. A 75 year old woman flying alone in a wheelchair who had a 5AM flight was pretty frustrated. She had two large suitcases. This was the internationals arrivals recheck desk.
