I'm just wrapping up a 3x night stay here - Gold, booked exec room and that's what I got. Same two apple welcome gift that others have mentioned.
The good - The staff are fantastic. I was involved in a car crash on the way to the hotel and they spoke to the driver, recommended a hospital so I could be checked, and followed up in the days after to ensure I was OK. The exec lounge food spreads are quite expansive for breakfast and evening drinks, and of decent quality. The lounge service is proactive and there's always someone around, and they're not at all stingy with the drinks in the evening (proactively topping up your glass). Room was always spotless and the bed/pillows super comfy. Wifi is fast, room service is quick and good, got Chromecast, ticks all the boxes. I like this trend of the hotel WhatsApp-ing you and you can ask them for stuff through that channel.
The not good - Oddly, there was a lot of outside noise in the room. There are two windows you can open and they didn't appear to be well sealed. I was on the 31st floor but street noise (cars, horns, sirens), noise from the pool below (7th floor), wind, etc was a constant throughout the stay. The All Seasons mall below isn't particularly good, and some parts of the hotel seemed in poor repair (missing wall panels in the lobby, pool area seemed dated, etc) though I guess a renovation is underway given some rooms are renovated and others not? Housekeeping was also really slow... came back after 4pm one day and the room still wasn't cleaned.
