I just flew jfk to auh last night. No lounge access, they gave me a $50 voucher. I tried to use it to pay for drinks at grand comptoir in T4 and they wouldn’t accept it.
The ticket was a small fortune & way more expensive than other airlines. Not even lounge access in jfk (with 2 flights a day)?
sadly I think I’m done with etihad.
