They reverted to quoting higher prices again apparently still without listening to the recording.
I insisted that they actually listen to the recording and a few hours later they finally reissued the ticket at 0 cost.
Prior to June or July this year India didnt record calls so I wonder whether your call fell in the crossover period to BT genesys and possibly wasnt recorded.
