For reasons of a changed schedule, I fly into ORD terminal 5 at 11:55am and need to connect on the 2:55pm to CMH (domestic out of terminal 3). I have a non-US passport.

I’m not ticketed through (so 2 different tickets). Can I use the baggage recheck desk at terminal 5? Is the 3 hours connection time sufficient?

There’s a flight departing ORD 2 hours later but that makes it a long connection time.
