Sure, fine. So, whose responsibility is it if biometrics fail and passengers are inconvenienced or delayed? This is clearly happening, and the way staff currently deal with the situation, they make out like it's the passenger's fault that the tech is faulty and there aren't enough G4S staff to deal with the situation...
