Stayed here last week. It was a really nice new property and the service was good. Its kind of between the downtown area and little Italy in San Diego. Its walk able to a bunch of restaurants and the waterfront area. There are a bunch of surface lots in the area to park, street parking (with various time/date restrictions), and the hotel itself had valet with in/out. The on site restaurants were good and I was able to use my Diamond and/or "destination fee" credits to get breakfast every day and one dinner on their rooftop bar/restaurant. They have a really nice gym. I had a corner king room on the 13th floor facing the city side. There is construction on an adjacent building on the "bay view" side so this ended up being better. Would definitely recommend if the location meets your needs.
