So I picked up my rental today and asked to get my HHonors account linked to my rental contract to get points.... the counter agent was clueless and said I could NOT do this..... overall experience with Enterprise has been horrible so far, they didnt have the vehicle type we had agreed upon and I wasted 2.5 hours this morning until I could get into my rental.,,,, which was given to me dirty, 1/4 tank of Gas and has 50000 on the odometer......
