I would expect UA to shift most, if not all, of their international widebody departures from DEN to Concourse A. The 787s that drive Denver's international departures almost all come into Denver from international departures and would arrive into A. Operationally it saves a lot of time to not have to tow planes from A to B. The shift likely won't happen overnight since gate moves at DEN are still occurring and they need to cover the older A-West gates to dual jetway gates.
Are the new A gates set up for International Arrivals? It isn't clear from the DEN airport information. If not, they will still need to tow planes around. There is a link upthread to a Points Guy post that quotes Kirby on putting a Polaris Lounge in DEN in the A gates.
Edited to add: I did find a note on the DEN webpage that 6 of the new 12 gates are set up for International Arrivals.
