Thanks all. I checked again and the points value does not show up anywhere in the app or website reservation. I had to chat with a Hilton agent who was able to tell me how many points I had redeemed. What's weird is she couldn't even find the reservation with my confirmation #. Once I gave her the hotel name and check in/out dates, she was able to find it.
That sounds very odd. I'd call the hotel directly and make sure they have record of your reservation.
Was your chat w/ the Hilton agent verbal or using the messaging system? If verbal, I'd use the messaging system to get a printed copy of a conversation confirming your reservation.
Is there anything abnormal about your reservation? Hotel not open yet? Related to an event? Block/group rate? Booked somehow with a 3rd party (I know your booked with points, but just covering all bases)?
