I have to agree that in the post COVID world there seems to be less taxi's out there -- especially where we live. We regularly use the ride apps when we have to be somewhere on the weekends or in the mornings (like for tennis club) as we can no longer count on plentiful taxis being available. And unlike in the states the drivers have never refused us a ride.... At HND we often see the big lines but they still move pretty fast -- I think it is largely time dependent....
