In the same vein, you're potentially eligible for a CPU into a lie-flat seat on that flight. It's the market that dictates the rules, not the equipment.
If there's a surprise it's that they don't hold these seat for, say, GS or GS+1K (or even plat), kind of like they did with First Class when they still had a few planes with those seats but were just selling them as J.
