Axis deval is now official. The Reserve requires a 5CR deposit with Axis to continue @ 5:4. Magnus 10L to continue 5:4 without 25L bonus. It's back to Citi Prestige now. Don't bother with 1L spend bonus from August. They are going to credit all previous 1L bonuses by Aug 10 so you can redeem @ 5:4 before that.
