I have a family of 5. Used to be that when we were flying out of HND, I could easily book an Alphard through Hinomaru or Tokyo MK to take us to the airport. But this summer I have struck out with both companies on multiple occasions, even trying to book a week in advance. We were able to get a shared ride to the airport through nearme.jp for our last trip overseas in June, but they are also booked solid next week. And the taxi queue at HND T3 when we returned was something like 100 people deep. It is crazy out there...
