There's just no way that a morning arrival at HND would make sense given the lack of connections at DOH. Connections at DOH are essentially the entire purpose of this flight, and are way more important than connections at HND.
There are very few westbound flights from DOH in the afternoon and evening, and a mid-morning arrival aligning with the morning bank of westbound Europe and Africa flights would mean leaving Tokyo before the crack of dawn, which is obviously not an attractive schedule. So in any case JAL would probably want to have a red-eye from HND to DOH.
JL could potentially do something like a 7 pm departure from DOH with a noontime arrival at HND, which would match up on the DOH end with morning departures from Europe and Africa and the overnight from GRU. But that means keeping a plane on the ground at DOH for 12+ hours.
