I agree showing the oldest activity first is weird.

I've checked an upcoming redemption and the confirmation email I got at the time of booking shows how many points were used. This is different from the useless email which says "your points have been redeemed".

Also on the website with "Upcoming stays' selected when I click "View/Edit" it shows the number of points, in the same place it would show the rate on a paid stay. On the app you press "Stays" at the bottom then press "My Stay"
