I don't want to create a new thread for this (mods, feel free to move this if appropriate), but since we're dealing with the priority boarding for the premium pax in this thread... I have a vague recollection of the times when being able to board *late* was a benefit for businness class pax (and possibly for people with a status) before cabin luggage space was an issue. Can anyone confirm this was a thing, or is it just my mind playing tricks on me? I'm 100% sure such benefit existed for check-in (i.e. business class check-in closing later), but I'm not so sure about boarding.
