If you happen to get a 777 or 787 IAD LAX or IAD SFO, you can choose those seats as it's not sold as PP. Same applies to ORD flights. EWR is sold as PP, so they're not complimentary.
I’m able to select PP seats on a 767 from IAH-EWR. What’s the catch here? I did not have to pay for them. I am Platinum.
