Need to cancel Avios.com booking - No way to get through
I'm hoping someone knows of an alternate channel to cancel an Avios booking. The 24 hour cancellation window is 9:00 US Eastern time tonight. I'm calling the US number 855-585-8264, which is supposed to be open until 6:00 but they are not taking any calls. No option to hold or leave a message.

Live chat says it is unavailable. Calling Aer Lingus directly did not help, as they just redirected me back to Avios.

Are there any other pathways to getting this cancelled before I'm inside of 24 hours?
