If using the app, I have seen many different transactions post where the total is not updated. Try doing a manual refresh (swipe down from the top) and then close out of the app. Once it reopens the total should be correct. There’s a known issue with the new app displaying old data.
if it’s the main website, maybe try giving it a few days to catch up.
If I check my balance in the app after my AMEX miles post, I *always* have to close out/refresh the app before the balance updates. It's been my experience the balance will stay the same until I do this.
