Just stayed 10 nights this past June 30-July 16th with a business trip into China. Same details exactly as the OP above me, but I did get a "harborview upgrade" in the West tower.
I think the West tower is better give that it's much closer to the entrance so coming in and out is a bit more convenient.

Food was good, happy hour at the rooftop bar Cruise is good as well.
Second time checking in I was able to store my luggage in the storage for 7 days while I was in China. They do this free up to 14 days which is helpful.

Overall decent, when I checked in the second time due to my explorist status they allowed me to check in at 1:30pm to a nice room on the 15th floor.
Will probably come back and stay to maintain status at the end of the year
