Brussels Airlines & Lost Baggage
So SN lost 4 of our bags. We filed a claim form. They then advised us that it will take them 3 weeks to search. Now after 3 weeks of searching we get the following email(keep in mind the claim form has already been submitted online):
Dear Sir
I refer to your file for the delayed bag from the 15th of June. Unfortunately, the secondary tracing period remained negative and your file is transmitted to our Customer Relations Dept. They will contact you at the latest within 16 weeks from today.

So I am trying to contact them, but unsure who I am contacting as there is no specific link for customer relations. The claim we files is about CAD$1600 for each missing bag, there were 4 in total that were lost by SN in Brussels. How do you reach that customer relations team?
Any help is appreciated.
