If that happened to me I'd be going ballistic and want more than just a few avios - minimum of 150000 would be what I would expect, 100000 for the broken seat and 50000 for the food service issue. I'd also want to mention the names of the crew and the IFL in my complaint.

In terms of lounge entry I hesitate to ask the question about if you are female?
