It states multiple claims may be treated as one claim for the same city for stays claims more than 2 nights but this is a single claim for a single night. I guess Im just surprised that they take points bookings for other stays in the same city into consideration when looking at BRGS.
"Claims made against only a portion of your entire scheduled stay will not be honored."
Perhaps this is the sentence in the T&C that they are enforcing.
