Question about amex airline fee credit after a flight cancellation
Hello,
I booked an award ticket with united and use the amex fee credit to select economy plus seats, which was reimbursed. However, I needed to cancel and rebook a different flight, and so the united customer representative refunded my economy plus seat selection fee. I see the seat selection fee charge post back to my account, however my amex benefits section still shows the $200 as "used". If I pay for the economy plus seat now (as there are very little economy plus seats left), can I call amex to have them review the economy plus seat selection charge for reimbursement later on?
