I don't think that's the most natural reading, but it's a plausible one the way you drafted the request. I'm not sure what happened here, but at some point you should decide how much fighting and how much money being in F from MSP-ORD is worth, versus chalking it up to a lesson learned not to make fairly complicated changes via chat without being excessively detailed and confirming what's happening.
