Another win for the personal Ambassador service! I'm currently in a disagreement with a property and had reached out to the Anytime Ambassador time as my Australia hours don't match up with my personal Ambassador's hours to ask that the team share some feedback with hotel management. The Anytime team opened up a case with hotel management who then responded to me via email. I responded with more details after I woke up with why I disagreed with their stance. My personal Ambassador replied to me (he was not on the original chain, but must be watching all Anytime communications) with a sincere understanding of my point of view and a very generous offer of points-based compensation. I really was not expecting that.
