Its in the celebrity thread. Celebrity Sightings on United Airlines [2018- ]

A week or so ago I met the pilot from the start of the safety video (Captain Eduardo, flying a 787-8 as UA1744, IAD-ORD)! He mentioned in his preflight announcement that he was in it, so I hung around till the end of deplaning to have a chat with him, he was very friendly. He answered a few of my questions about the video that I had always wondered, primarily, that all the speaking parts are real UA crew members, not actors. Also, the reason for the Abbey Road Beatles cover shot is that the video was filmed at Abbey Road studios in England. Very cool interaction, totally made my day!

anyone else ever run in to any of the employees from the safety video? (Not counting Oscar Munoz who actually I have also run into, prior to him being retroactively edited out of the video, lol). Must be pretty common if they are really all frontline employees?
Funny enough... *Alberto* was just spotted last week by another FT'er!
