I hold an ITA Skyteam Elite Plus.

Planning to fly from YVR-MEX-LIM on basic fare. Since I know ITA is rather a hit and miss in entering the system, does anyone know if Canada bound flight would be entitle a free baggage under basic fare?

As I understand it, AM seems to deny domestic fare to have Skyteam perks.
