I always find it interesting how many of y'all excuse inconsistencies and incongruities between how AA markets and how they deliver.

Point blank, they should not have a page that says "meals are available" for flights over 2200 miles, when in fact they don't. It shouldn't be up to the consumer to discern what conflicting messages are accurate and what ones aren't. This company keeps advertising benefits and services in big fonts/glossy pages/general information, puts more restrictive language and qualifying statements in small prints , and then delivers the bare minimum of that restrictive language. No wonder AA consistently ranks along with the ULCC on general surveys.
