The issue is catering, They are not providing what they should on flights. Some flights they do not even provide cups.
A long flight last week a friend was on to meet us all for a girls trip had announced the charcuterie package available. Then it was not available, they did not receive any. They were also shorted on ice by catering.
Unfortunately, the FA’s catch the flack when they run out or do not have the snacks, meals, drinks, etc available.
Pax need to start reporting this lack of service to AA, get on twitter, let them know that catering is falling short when it comes to stocking the galley on flights. Don’t just mention it to the FA’s, it’s out of their control.
