Unhappy Locked out of Exec Club Account. BA won't reply

At the beginning of the year I attempted to log into my exec club account and it gave me an error message on both the website and mobile app. I called the exec club and they said it was a security issue as my account was flagged for fraud. They told me a fraud department representative would be in tough within 7 biz days (1st false statement). After calling back a few times over a period of a few months I finally received and email from an audit representative outlining the steps to take to unlock my account. After confirming I did this they would then unlock the account (2nd false statement). I followed the instructions and have sent multiple emails to the audit representative stating I followed their steps and I am still locked out! It's now been 7 months since my initial email/call to BA. I have yet hear anything from them at all. A promotional email I received from BA today has my Avios at 17k down from 560k. I would love to get my Avios back but I can't even log in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get a hold of someone at BA who can actually help me? Everyone at the exec club just seems to be 3rd party, and not actually have any answers. Should I tweet at them? Should I send a letter to HQ? Should I fly to London to show up in person? Any advice to actually talk to someone at BA would be appreciated!
