There is a small selection of wine, although not usually champagne. There's also a small selection of beer, juice, and still/sparkling water. It's a pretty clean lounge and it never gets overly crowded, at least not before JL007. I'd say it's overall pretty bare bones compared to international business class lounges, but it's comfortable and it's enough to have a quick bite of food before the flight. It's also literally upstairs from the gate that JAL normally uses, so you can safely stay there pretty much right up until departure without worrying about walking to the gate.
