You have enough time to transfer in BOM provided your Indigo flight lands in the same terminal as your international flight.

Many thanks both, I double-checked and both Indigo flights indeed land in the same terminal as LH departs from. The consensus seems to be BOM, although Oliver2002 mentioned in a different thread that an all-new lounge just opened in DEL that we would most likely be able to access. So it's basically choosing between 2 pretty good options, which is a relief!
