Have 3 hour layover at SEA at the end of August from 7AM-10AM coming in from Victoria, BC and flying to Boston on Delta. I noticed 2 lounges are next to each other. I have Amex Plat card for all 4 members of my family which is my wife and 2 kids aged 10. Any recommendations which is better for breakfast and getting a seat. Based on what I ready so far, looks like Delta is the way to go. Larger and food about the same. I have been at DFW Amex lounge multiple times and the gourmet breakfast is great but Seattle looks more like it is not quite a chef inspired menu. Thanks in advance.
