Long time Plat cardholder. I've always found ways to use the $50 credit and am familiar with the process. For 2H '23 I went to a physical store in Boca and bought merchandise Jul 3rd. Still no credit today (Jul 19). Will update if/when the credit appears. The loss of free shipping for orders ( under a certain amt) on Saks.com makes this process more tedious. Only worth it for me personally if I'm already heading to the mall for something else.
