Two different agents said the only option was to book YN (@45k miles) or a cash fare and they'd push a PP-supported upgrade through. They both said they could only open IN if PZ were available and could only open XN if T were available. Was frustrating because the rules they were quoting to open seats would/should apply irrespective of what sort of fare I was on. Got no where with it and gave up.
