This video is of a trip in an ANA 787-8 in 1K. I've flown in J on ANA 787-8 and 787-9, but not in 1K, but I suspect the same benefit is present in both seats -- an extra shelf at the front of the seat, above the IFE screen. The seat is visible after 4:51.
