I booked Superior Twin and was upgraded to Deluxe Twin. It’s one category as specified by the FHR rules.

The room does feel a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Feels like that the hotel is trying to sell “classic” but somewhat comes across as “old.” If you’ve stayed at Regent Taipei, it felt quite similar.

All the facilities were very crowded, especially breakfast. The roast duck at Shang Palace was still great.
