I have to confess that I was getting a little restless as the service was a bit slow. But I liked how the flight attendants referred to each customer by their first name, making their service a bit more personable than Air Canada's. Personally liked it!
Quite bummed that I have fewer reasons to use WestJet, now that I have to go through YYC to fly long-haul – especially since I have a fond memory of WestJet's J service back when the YYZ-LGW route was available. I feel quite lucky that I got to experience it before that route was discontinued.[/QUOTE]
