I had a previous rejection for Traveluro too. The reason they gave is because it is a scam site (seems mostly true based on reviews). Hyatt said there were many instances of people making bookings with Traveluro, then, when the user gets to the hotel, there never was a reservation made for that user. Lots of review sites seem to corroborate this. Because Hyatt was getting many complaints, they manually investigated Traveluro and confirmed the previous to be true. Apparently Traveluro has an sketchy business model where they'll take a reservation even if they don't have the inventory on hand, then, when a user goes to check-in, Traveluro will either try to bait-and-switch the user to a lower-end hotel, and/or they will just ghost the user and leave them stranded.
