Thats really beyond unacceptable. Blame goes mostly to the captain here as he should know if there were technical issues with the plane and not let the pax bake in a hot cabin. Did this really sit there for ~4hrs waiting to take off? Things just don't make sense here. This was also a 757 and I thought those have very good hot/high performance for those kind of conditions.
