Both options are fine, BOM is a nicer experience overall. The MUC flight is early enough to beat the crowds for the massive departure bank later in the night.
The key is that your Indigo flight must arrive in the same terminal as the intl departure.

Lufthansa uses the AI lounge in Delhi.
