returned from trip, thought i would update

Car was indeed a 3 series.

Cars they had were
x1
3 series
x3 (vast majority of car park was this)
5 series
x5

Offered 3 series as booked, asked about upgrade, got told nothing was available
Asked again, said i though i would get something with being platinum.
Told nothing available.
Someone else came over to desk, said they might have a 5 series. (530i xdrive)
asked about a paid upgrade, said they never had anything, everything was reserved.
5min later got 5 series for free upgrade.

not the most enthusiastic or interested staff, it has to be said!

car was ok for the 3.5k KM we covered. tyres were a mix of age and makes...one looked pretty sketchy and if it was my own car, would have replaced.
