Seconding the Peninsula! Stayed in mid April. Lovely HP, wonderful service always, agree the bar isn’t the star of the show, but IMO not bad at all. I had breakfast there every morning and it’s comfortable and good food. Didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but bar snacks upstairs were nice.
