A Flyertalk friend was on Cannery Row for a couple hours yesterday. My first choice was IC Clement's C restaurant + bar for the view, but they haven't restarted hours for lunch yet, so we walked up to il vecchio. The service was slow because there were only two servers covering the dining room, but I still found it a solid option if you're looking to get away from the crowds.
