[email protected] - Has anyone ever had an email from here?
This morning I received an email from [email protected] with an attached pdf letter and the following subject:

UK Refunds & Ticket Retrieval Case Reference Number xxxxxxxxxx

The attached letter isn't addressed to myself, just my email address and doesn't look very official however contains the correct ticket number and PNR for a recent previous trip where I had an EU261 claim (already paid) and a claim for missing tier points. I haven't requested a refund or anything else...Is this an elaborate scam or something else?
