Sounds like you were on a 3NS (A321neo LD). The forward lavatory (between the 1L door and the flight deck) is common across all Airbus narrowbody aircraft. I've seen older parts used on newer planes and vice versa. The mid-cabin lavatory on that aircraft however is a newer design and only shares commonality with other A321neo aircraft in JetBlue's fleet.
