Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes!

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? 1 King Bed Standard, no upgrade. Late night arrival, didn't ask for upgrade.

EDIT: Here's one thing that was bad: The windows had the capability of opening but mine were intentionally sealed completely shut.

How are the rooms? Excellent HIX rooms! One of the cleanest, brightest rooms I've ever had.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad?

Good

• Very clean, bright, fresh!
• Good location if you need to be on that side of town. Right off highway 104 but there's a small wooded area next door so very quiet. Lots of parking, Dunkin' Donuts across the street and nice Wegman's supermarket with prepared food on the other side of the highway. (Easy 10 min walk - walk out of the front of the hotel, cut thru the credit union parking lot, turn left onto the sidewalk, follow the path under the highway, then Wegman's is on the left)
• No problem with a little later check-out.

Bad

• Makes other HIX properties look bad?
• I guess it was annoying that the check-out time was 11am but they were flexible
• It's not a great location for the airport or downtown, really, but I needed to be on that side of town anyway

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? It was an expensive night so I used a CC cert. Definitely worth it and at the top of my list for the Rochester area.
